About Us

1) Our Founder

Eleanor Posner

Eleanor Posner (CEO) founded Posner Management with a simple belief: every resident deserves care delivered with skill, dignity, and heart. A registered nurse who still practices today, she saw firsthand how much the quality of care shapes a person’s life, and that conviction led her to open her first congregate living health facility, Hilton Manor, in 2016.

From the start, she built her homes around the values that guided her nursing career, care and service above all else. Under her leadership, Posner has grown from a single home into a network of facilities, without losing the personal attention that defined Hilton Manor.

Eleanor continues to expand Posner’s reach across California, bringing high-quality, home-like care to more communities every year. Her clinical background stays at the center of every decision, from how each home is staffed to how each resident’s care is planned.

2) Our Company

Posner Management

Posner Management began with a single home and has grown into a fully integrated operator. Today it handles every function needed to run Joint Commission–accredited CLHFs. Clinical leadership, nursing, therapy, nutrition, finance, and facility operations all sit under one roof, so every facility runs to the same high standard. Families and referral partners get consistent, coordinated care no matter which home a resident lives in.

Our Core Functions

  • Chief Nursing Officer: Sets clinical standards and leads nursing quality across every facility.

  • Medical: Primary, Pulmonary and Wound physicians visit regularly to guide each resident’s care plan.
